About Us
Hi, my name is Robert Wells and for the last several years myself and my manager Mani have been curating the absolute best gifts to be found from Australia and around the world, helping our loyal customers surprise and delight their family and friends with them.
It’s my pleasure to welcome you to the wonderful world of Brisbane Gifts!
This is our online store but, if you’re in Brisbane, you can see and touch many of our Gifts at our physical store - “Myer News and Gifts“ in the Myer Centre, Queen St Mall, Brisbane.
We spend a large proportion of our time pouring through hundreds of different sources and thousands of different gifts every month, looking for the best of the best. We then organise the incoming shipments to get them to you as quickly as possible.
Our Gifts
We only sell high quality gifts that can be 100% relied on to bring a huge smile to the face of your gift recipient. As well as the best from overseas we also have a large range of Australian designed and manufactured gifts.
We very rarely stock the same thing for very long and most products don’t last more than a few weeks in our store or on our website. That’s why our customers are constantly coming in (and jumping on the website) to look at our new gifts and buy them before the limited amounts we can get run out.
Our Staff
We look after our staff like they were family so they treat you like family too.
We’re proud to have a great staff retention rate. We take a lot of our new workers right out of university and then provide extensive, ongoing training in customer services as well as every aspect of the store so that when they’ve finished university or other education, they move into their next role highly skilled and well prepared.
They are also the friendliest and most helpful staff you will find, anywhere
Mani, our store manager has been with us for over 12 years now and joined us after having been a student in Australia for only a few days! He’s now an expert in every aspect of the physical store and our online store.
Our Website
We launched our website in 2020 because we always have more gifts in our warehouse than we can fit in our store. This site has provided us with a way to bring HUNDREDS more gifts to you, increasing the number of options you have while keeping same excellent quality standard.
